I'm so excited to share some amazing news. A movie Troy and I did two years ago named "Youngin" has been selected to be in the Compton Film Festival and the Black August Film Festival in Pasadena. There will be other movie screenings in NYC and ATL. I'm so grateful and happy for the director, the cast, and the crew. For my first class at this facility, last Sunday's (6/22) Vinyasa class was all about grounding —because sometimes you’ve just have to unplug from the noise, roll out your mat, and come back home to your body.
